Hello, my name is Panpan Lyu, and I am the owner and provider of Panda Bear Childcare. I am so happy to welcome you and your little one to my childcare family!
I have six years of experience working with children and have had the opportunity to work with wonderful children and families at KinderCare, La Petite Academy, and Bright Horizons. These experiences helped me grow as an educator and taught me how important it is to create a safe, loving, and engaging environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Before opening Panda Bear Childcare, I also spent nearly a year as an intern in a family childcare program, learning from a mentor with more than 20 years of experience. This gave me valuable hands-on knowledge about policies, daily routines, and the many responsibilities involved in providing quality care.
I am also a mom to two wonderful children, Eric and Ella. They love playing with the children at Panda Bear Childcare and are naturally patient, kind, caring, and friendly. My husband is also very supportive of my dream, and because of this, Panda Bear Childcare is not just a place where children come for the day — it is a warm, family-centered environment where every child feels safe, loved, respected, and at home.

Outside of childcare, Panpan enjoys gardening and reading, and loves spending time with her family finding simple joys in everyday life.
